What you need to know, when buying shoes.

Our mission is to make buying shoes easy. Whether it's for you or a loved one we want to offer you an experience where you can come in to see us, talk to us about what you need and let us take the hard work out of finding the right shoes for you. We don't have virtual assistants just good old fashioned real ones, who can offer advice and look after you.


We have two main seasons throughout the year. Our spring/Summer ranges start coming into the stores mid-late February and continue through until beginning of May.


Our Autumn/Winter ranges begin to arrive end of August and continue through until end of October.


Stock can arrive during those times daily so keep an eye on our social media as we like to let you know when new styles have arrived.

  • What are your opening hours?

    Lichfield

    Monday to Friday 10-5

    Saturday 9.30-5

    Sunday 10-4 


    Uttoxeter

    Monday to Friday 10-5

    Saturday 9.30-5

    Sunday Closed


  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    All Debit/Credit Cards except Amex and American Express.

    We also accept cash.

  • What is your return policy?

    We offer an exchange or credit note for unworn shoes.

    You will need to provide proof of payment, such as your receipt or bank/credit card statement. Goods must be in original box and unworn. 


    If goods are deemed faulty a full refund will be offered.



  • Do I need to book my child in to have their feet measured?

    Outside of the summer holidays you do not need to book in for an appointment to have your children’s feet measured. 


    During the school summer holidays we do offer appointments, however, you can also turn up without an appointment. 


    During August we are extremely busy so it is advisable to book early and come in earlier in the holidays for the best choice of shoes.

  • What sizes do you stock?

    Women’s shoes we stock from size 4 to 8 in most styles. Some styles we do have size 3 and size 9.

    Men’s shoes we stock 7-12 in most shoes. 


    However, we do stock a few styles in size 6 and 13

    Children’s shoes we stock from a baby size 2 right up to a senior girls size 9 and a senior boys size 10. 


    We also stock a variety of width fittings.


  • Are you able to order shoes?

    If we haven’t got you size in particular styles and we are able to order from that supplier then yes we can. 


    However, some of our brands we have to order months in advance and once that stock has sold we may not be able to order anymore.

  • Can I buy online from you?

     As an established shoe specialist, part of the service we offer is to help find shoes that fit correctly, which is why we don't sell shoes online.
